Lead Rehab Tech
Jasmin was born and raised in Lewisville, Texas. She is passionate about learning new things and helping others. On the weekends, she likes to dance, spend time with her kitty, and have cookouts with her friends and family.
Jillian was born and raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico. She attended New Mexico State University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. On her spare time she enjoys playing golf with her family, attending Texas Tech football games, and spending her weekends boating with friends.
Hannah was born and raised in Arkansas & moved to Texas when she was sixteen. She enjoys hiking, yoga, & playing with her dog Happy. On the weekends she enjoys baking & volunteering in the nursery at her church in Keller.
Kristie’s home town is Midlothian, TX. She graduated from University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She has experience as a fitness trainer and loves helping people live a healthy lifestyle. Going to church, working out, and spending time with her friends, family, and pets are her favorite things to do.
Practice Liaison - Irving/Valley Ranch
Marla was born and raised in Irving, Tx. She has an identical twin sister and love's confusing people with her twin. Marla has a daughter who is the love of her life! She attended Texas Woman's University and obtained her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Her favorite activity is working out. She has received 6 national titles in fitness competitions. She loves being around people and can be of knowledge for your specific needs or even just to put a smile on your face!
Sports Massage Therapist
Ester is a graduate of Ke Kino Massage Academy & Institute of Healing in Plano with a skilled knowledge as a Personal Trainer. She specializes in Active Release Techniques & Corrective Exercise Specialist. She strongly promotes massage and strengthening to help aid in self-care to progressively reach a point of living with less pain. She is very intuitive in the needs of each individual and understands what form of massage is most effective.
Her style combines a firm clinically sports based deep tissue, myofascial techniques, active release technique, trigger point, muscle energy technique, sports massage, prenatal, lymphedema massage, and stretching to calm, reset, and relax the body.
